Destination Fitness is organizing a Hiking Day on Sunday 09/04/23 at trail “Χυσταρούδα - Αγίασμα - Βασιλική ” located in the forest of Pedoulas towards Kykkos Monastery.
Information:
The trail is of medium difficulty as it starts with a downhill walk and then it changes to uphill, however it provides the walker a view of infinite beauty!!
For those who would like transportation, a bus will be arranged from the gym free of charge. The meeting point for those who will take the bus is Destination Fitness and the departure time is 08:00.
The meeting point for the trail is Xystarouda Picnic Site, located at the forest road of Pedoulas - Kykkos and the starting time is 09:30.
For the hungry ones, the gym arranged lunch at Markos Family Restaurant at 13:00 located at Kalopanayiotis village. There will be a buffet with a great variety of Cyprus food including vegetarian plates. The prize for the food is Eur17 per person and it includes 1 soft drink or water and desert.
We are very happy to inform you that Doros Constantinou of Physiomotus will walk with us and will be ready to provide us with instant help in case of any injury.

Το Destination Fitness οργανώνει στις 09/04/23 εξόρμηση στο μονοπάτι της φύσης “Χυσταρούδα - Αγίασμα - Βασιλική” το οποίο βρίσκεται στο δάσος του δρόμου Πεδουλά - Κύκκου απέναντι από τον εκδρομικό χώρο Ξυσταρούδα.
Πληροφορίες:
Το μονοπάτι έχει μέτριο βαθμό δυσκολίας καθώς ξεκινά με κατάβαση και στη συνέχεια ανηφορίζει. Ωστόσο προσφέρει στον περπατητή μοναδική και πανέμορφη θέα.
Για όσους χρειάζονται μεταφορικό μέσο, έχει διευθετηθεί λεωφορείο το οποίο θα αναχωρήσει από το γυμναστήριο στις 08:00. Τα έξοδα για το λεωφορείο θα αναλάβει το γυμναστήριο.
Το σημείο εκκίνησης είναι ο εκδρομικός χώρος Ξυσταρούδα ο οποίος βρίσκεται στον δρόμο Πεδουλά - Κύκκου.
Για όσους θα πεινούν η ταβέρνα Markos Family Restaurant η οποία βρίσκεται στον Καλοπαναγιώτη, θα μας περιμένει στις 13:00 για φαγητό. Το μενού το οποίο θα είναι μπουφέ, θα έχει μια πλούσια ποικιλία κυπριακών φαγητών συμπεριλαμβανομένων και χορτοφαγικών πιάτων. Η τιμή για την ταβέρνα είναι €17 το άτομο και εκτός από το φαγητό συμπεριλαμβάνει 1 αναψυκτικό ή νερό και γλυκό.
Με μεγάλη χαρά σας ενημερώνουμε ότι ο Doros Constantinou, Physiomotus, θα περπατήσει μαζί μας και θα είναι έτοιμος να μας παρέχει άμεση βοήθεια σε περίπτωση τραυματισμού.
*Μην ξεχάσετε να φέρετε μαζί σας φούτερ και μια έξτρα φανέλα.
