Is a Full Body Fitness program that aims at muscle strengthening, improving fitness and reducing body fat. The above goals are achieved through Functional Training as well as the continuous supervision by a Personal Trainer. In the 1-hour sessions, specialized equipment is used, such as the Technogym Skill Run, Rowing machine, Air Bike, Ski Machine and others. Wide variety of exercises and adaptation to all levels and needs.

You'll be part of the pack,  without getting lost in the crowd.
