Functional Cross Training
Functional Cross Training is a program that helps with cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, agility, balance, coordination and movement accuracy.
This program aims to make you go beyond your limits and test you while exercising the last muscle fiber of your body, so that you can build a body that can do anything!
STRENGTH & SWEAT
Strength & Sweat is a Full Body Fitness program that aims at muscle strengthening, improving fitness and reducing body fat. The above goals are achieved through Functional Training as well as the continuous supervision by a Personal Trainer. In the 1-hour sessions, specialized equipment is used, such as the Technogym Skill Run, Rowing machine, Air Bike, Ski Machine and others. Wide variety of exercises and adaptation to all levels and needs.
BAND - IT
Exercise with rubber bands can really change your body, help you burn calories and strengthen your muscles. The exercises you can do are many and varied. They adapt to your personal condition, since the power needed for each repetition depends on the length of the band. Progressive resistance is the secret to the safety of muscle groups and ligaments from injury. There are no violent and abrupt contractions of muscle groups, precisely because of the progressiveness of the resistance, and this means that no abrupt pressure is exerted on the joints.
TRX Suspension Training
The TRX Suspension Trainer is a unique training system that utilizes gravity and body weight and offers hundreds of exercises. The athlete has control over how much intensity he wants to exercise for each exercise, adjusting the position of his body. In this way the athlete can increase or decrease the resistance.
Circuit Training
In recent years circular training has gained ground and many fanatical fans. This is because circular workout is ideal to start after a short abstinence. Activate the maximum number of muscles in a short time. Circular workout can be adapted to different levels and can be used for different goals.
BODYATTACK
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 725 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement. BODYATTACK is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
