The TRX Suspension Trainer is a unique training system that utilizes gravity and body weight and offers hundreds of exercises. The athlete has control over how much intensity he wants to exercise for each exercise, adjusting the position of his body. In this way the athlete can increase or decrease the resistance.

TRX Suspension Training

In recent years circular training has gained ground and many fanatical fans. This is because circular workout is ideal to start after a short abstinence. Activate the maximum number of muscles in a short time. Circular workout can be adapted to different levels and can be used for different goals.

Circuit Training

It is a unique 45΄training on a bike. A specially designed whole body workout program that combines aerobic exercise on the bike and simultaneous exercises for different parts of the body. The Spinning class aims for muscle strength, endurance and fat burning.

Spinning

45 minutes workout with a specially designed indoor bicycle, in intense musical rhythms. Your trainer will take you on a 20-25 km journey, in a variety of high-speed routes.

You are looking for a short, efficient workout program that will inspire you to target higher and cause your physical condition as you strengthen and do you energise your body? With emphasis on trunk, abdominal and back muscles, CXWORX ™ is for you!

Pilates improves flexibility, strength and develops control throughout the body. Emphasis on aligning, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Pilates

Last One Standing is a class that will not only help you reach your limits but also to overcome them. It combines simple and at the same time effective exercises for your whole body using resistors, bands and body weight. Exercises target muscle strength, body stamina and fat burning. Work out for 50 minutes with tension and relax for 10 minutes with stretching and resting.

LesMills SPRINT

30-minutes of high intensity, intermittent workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle mass. Take the fat burning process for the next 38 hours on other levels!

LesMills GRIT

Zumba is a fitness program combining Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba classes include intervals - alternating from fast to slow rhythm.  In a Zumba class, a person can burn between 500-1000 calories, depending on the intensity to be given.

ZUMBA

A workout program that aims to work the better functionality and movement on all body parts and muscles. It combines strength training, muscular endurance, balance as well as aerobic exercise. Exercise with the ball improves posture, helps strengthen muscles, and increases flexibility.
