3. Έχω ήδη την εφαρμογή αλλά δεν μπορώ να ενωθώ / The application is already installed on my phone but I cannot connect
Κάντε ανανέωση της εφαρμογής ως εξής:
α) κλείστε την εφαρμογή,
β) ενωθείτε ξανά με την εφαρμογή,
γ) επιλέξτε Log Out,
δ) επιλέξετε RESET APP,
ε) καταχωρείστε το User Name και το Password που σας έχουμε αποστείλει,
ζ) επιλέξετε Log In
The application needs to be updated as follows:
a) close the application,
b) select again the application icon,
c) select Log Out,
d) select RESET APP,
e) enter the User Name and the Password that we have sent you,
f) select Log In
4. Έχετε λάβει μήνυμα "δεν εντοπίζεται η τοποθεσία" / You've received a message "Location not found"

5. Πως να κάνω κράτηση; / How can I make a reservation?
Επιλέξετε Log In. Επιλέξετε GYM BOOKINGS ή CLASS BOOKINGS. Τέλος, διαλέξτε την ημέρα και ώρα που επιθυμείτε και επιλέξετε "Available"
Select Log In. Select GYM BOOKINGS or CLASS BOOKINGS. Then select "Available" on the day and time you wish to book
6. Πως να δω τις κρατήσεις μου; / How can I check my reservations?
Ενωθείτε με την εφαρμογή. Επιλέξετε GYM BOOKINGS ή CLASS BOOKINGS. Τέλος επιλέξετε MY BOOKINGS
Connect to the app. Select GYM BOOKINGS or CLASS BOOKINGS. Then select MY BOOKINGS
7. Πως να ακυρώσω μια κράτηση / How to cancel a reservation
Επιλέξετε MY BOOKINGS. Βρείτε την κράτηση που θέλετε να ακυρώσετε και επιλέξτε Booked. Τέλος επιλέξετε Cancel Booking
Select MY BOOKINGS. Find the reservation you want to cancel and select Booked. Then select Cancel Booking

9. Τι επιλογές έχω όταν δεν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα την ώρα που επιθυμώ να κάνω κράτηση; / What options do I have if the booking time I wish to reserve is full?
Στην περίπτωση αυτή μπορείτε να μπείτε σε μια από τις 3 θέσης αναμονής. Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης θα ενημερωθείτε με μήνυμα sms ότι σας έχει δοθεί η θέση. Εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να επιλέξετε άλλη ώρα
In this case you will added in one of the 3 Waiting List slots. In case of cancelation you will be notified by an sms. Alternatively you can book another available slot
